Changes, Cancellations, Late Arrival and No Shows Policy

Your appointment with us is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48-72 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify us by e-mail if your cancellati0n is out of our normal business hours or you’re unable to reach our office to leave a voicemail at: (207) 751-6633. 

Any appointments canceled/rescheduled or changed without the minimal 48 hour notice will RESULT in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. All “No Shows” WILL be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. We do require a card on file along with a deposit to be made before your upcoming appointment.

We recognize the time of our clients and our staff is extremely valuable and we have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have showed up and scheduled an appointment for the same time. Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation was received timely. 

After three (less than 48 hour cancellations), we may decide to terminate our relationship with you.

 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule you if there is another patient after you. This  creates a huge inconvenience, and sets the rest of our day up to be running behind on all of our other patient appointments. 

We appreciate all of our wonderful clients and understand there can be special unavoidable circumstances which may cause you to cancel with short notice.  Please let us know if this happens, in these instances the fee may be waived as long as its not consistent. 

Refund Policy

When you make a deposit or purchase a treatment/package, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be aware that results can vary, as every client is different. We take great care in explaining our processes thoroughly, making sure every client had realistic expectations going into every appointment along with providing before and afters of patient results. We create a very customized treatment plan, and we make it clear that it is important to finish the entire treatment plan to receive the best results. So please note that starting ANY of our services/treatments including prescriptions, when a treatment and/or package has been purchased, ALL SALES ARE FINAL even if all services are not rendered. It is your responsibility to do your research before making a purchase and we are very thorough in explaining the details at your consult. If you decide you do not want to finish your treatment we do offer a “in house” credit voucher based on what remainder you have left of your purchase. If you received a discount promo on a service, you will not receive the same discount when credited for another service. Once a purchase has been made, you can either receive services paid for, or forfeit your purchased treatment/package knowing ALL SALES ARE FINAL with no refund or reimbursement. 

If it is the decision of CosMEDIX & Cryo MedSpa to discontinue further services with a client, no refunds will be issued. You agree and sign to this policy when you schedule with us. 

Appointment Deposits

Appointments require deposits at the time of booking services. CoMEDIX & Cryo Medspa reserves the right to implement appointment deposits as our time is valuable and we are vey busy. Appointment deposits are non-refundable and serve to reserve our medical staff and our equipment specifically for you and your treatment. Any changes or cancellations to these appointments without the required amount of notice will forfeit the deposit in its entirety and maybe subjected to additional fees. Appointments may be changed without penalty if the minimum amount of notice is provided. As long as you provide a 48-72 hour notice, you can take the deposit and put it towards a better day that works for you.

 

Payments

Payments must be made in full at the time services are rendered. We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards, Cashapp, Venmo, Apple Pay, and valid Gift Cards. We also accept Cherry which is a in house patient financing program for patients who wish to spread their payments out overtime.
